ChatSOS: A social network for those women that don’t have girl friends

Chat SOS

The slogan of this new brazilian social network venture is simple: “The guy sent you a message and you didn’t get what is his deal? We help you”.

That’s how ChatSOS aims to help all those women who do not know what to do when it comes to personal relationships. In other words, the potential audience is only half the world’s population.

The whole story is very simple: the girls quickly describe her situation with the guy and send her question. There are two types of responses that are voted for who participates in the network: “Go for it” or “Get out.” And it is still possible to give specific advice for each girl.

We know the saying: “”Advice when most needed is least heeded”” and when it comes to emotional matters, we usually never get to hear the voice of reason (and therefore the advice). But it’s still fun to see the collective reaction of women in different situations described on the site.

It goes something like this:

ChatSOS QuestionHe wrote this …
We’re friends, but when we drink, we get a thing going on. These days we drank, in front of two girl friends (which he dated), and he declared himself to me , said a lot of nice things, I never imagined he could feel like that. I took that as a joke, because you know, we were drunk. We never dated, but we had a huge chemistry. The girls got jealous because he never talks like with them. The hangover passed and he sends a text, saying: “All I say when I’m drunk, I fell when I’m sober.”

ChatSOS QuestionNow I am in doubt whether …
Do I believe that it will be different with me, or take into account that he is a womanizer and just want to use me?
