Mastered in Strategic Design at the European Institute of Design (IED) (Madrid, Spain) and Art Bachelor in interior architecture. Worked for several years with big names of architecture and interior design such as A-cero and Tomás Alía developing managerial skills in the whole process of design. After finish the master, the European Institute of Design (IED) proposed her develop a design methodology for the business department and implement in several projects in collaboration with renowned companies of all kind the sectors. Now she is spending some time in London commissioning creative services.

Carol Beatriz

UX Designer & Innovation Research Specialist

Mastered in Strategic Design by IED Madrid, Spain and Bachelor in Digital Design by the Anhembi Morumbi University at São Paulo, Brazil, worked on Graphic Design area for some years, but focused her career on UX and Information Architecture. After one year living in Madrid, she retuned to Brazil to work as a Designer Researcher at MJV and Designit. Working with great brands, Compal and Intel, leading projects focused on innovation using Design Thinking mindset. Nowadays she is based at Curitiba, working as Project Manager at NZN, implementing SCRUM and making UX consultancy.

Engineer and Strategic Designer

Mastered in Strategic Design at the IED Madrid, Spain and Bachelor in Electronics Engineer at Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana (Medellín, Colombia). Worked on Telecommunication Business and Automation Project Manager for several years. After 2 years of working in the Innovation department of Compañía de Galletas Noel in Medellín, Colombia, she went abroad for a year to get the masters degree. When returned from Madrid, she got the responsibility to develop the whole innovation model at Noel that includes Culture, Processes, Resources and Metrics.

Designer and Change Maker
Graphic designer, conceptualizer and design consultant. Mastered in Strategic Design at the IED Madrid, Spain and Bachelor in Design at the University of Notre Dame (Indiana, USA). Worked around the world for several start up companies in the marketing and communications departments, always with a focus on design. After finishing her Master, she inmediately started working with Barrabés Next as a design consultant: strategizing, conceptializing, innovating, and visually communicating to the clients. Nowadays she continues with the Barrabés team, and also freelances as a graphic designer.
